I hope this dispatch has been either enlightening or pleasantly sleep-inducing, as bureaucratic absurdity often sends even the strongest minds drifting.

Should certain real-world offices recognise themselves in these pages, it would be quite a surprise, as most of their staff appear unable to read anything beyond their own institutional hogwash.

If they do manage it, the dragons have asked me to mention that they find such administrators delightfully crunchy and are always pleased to expand their snack collection.
