Open for one week each month, shipping to anyone anywhere in the world from my studio to your home.

No. I open my shop on a different Saturday of each month, with early access for my paid Substack subscribers. After 24 hours, I then open it up to everyone for just a week. To find out which Saturday, I’ll open next, please make sure to subscribe or follow me on Substack.

I package up and ship out artwork within two days of purchase and let the customer know once the artwork is on its way.

If something I sold previously was popular, I’ll certainly strive to produce something similar again, though keep in mind, each artwork is unique to itself, and I don’t always have enough time to make lots of one item.

Due to the nature of my handmade artwork, I prefer to negotiate with a customer if there has been an issue with the artwork in transit, but typically I don’t accept returns.

Unfortunately, not, but perhaps in the future. For now, its just me, slogging away behind the scenes, which is why it’s a good idea to be open minded if I take a day or two in responding to messages. I read absolutely everything, but it takes me a while to get through everything as I’m just one person with not enough hours in the day.
